The Grand Luxe Shuttle Project
We transformed a standard airport hotel shuttle into a premium guest experience, focusing on high-traffic durability and executive-level comfort. By replacing industrial-grade plastics with bespoke upholstery and ergonomic seating, we bridged the gap between transit and hospitality. Identifying the Performance Gap
The hotel's existing shuttle fleet was suffering from rapid interior degradation. Standard factory upholstery proved unable to withstand the high-frequency use of airport transfers, resulting in visible wear, trapped odors, and a difficult cleaning process that delayed turnarounds. Most importantly, the aging, utilitarian cabin was providing a poor first impression for guests expecting a premium hospitality experience.
Solution & Implementation
Industrial-Grade Flooring
We installed slip-resistant, medical-grade commercial vinyl flooring. It provides a premium aesthetic while being impervious to airport grime and frequent cleaning cycles.
Ergonomic Suite Seating
The old benches were replaced with high-density foam captains chairs upholstered in durable, breathable synthetic leather that resists wear and retains its shape.
